 SC Ayanfemajemu David, Oba Divisional Officer, addressed the officers under Oba Division on the importance of professionalism in uniform 

According to him, Maintain being a professional even in the Uniform.. Oba Divisional Officer said professional appearance is crucial, including wearing uniforms correctly, ensuring cleanliness, and avoiding excessive jewelry or accessories. He also stressed the need to "be respectful and courteous, treating everyone with respect, regardless of background or social status, and avoiding excessive force or aggression."

SC Ayanfemajemu David advised officers to "stay calm and composed, taking deep breaths and stepping away to collect thoughts when needed." He also emphasized the importance of being "approachable and transparent, engaging with the public, providing clear explanations, and being open and honest."

He reminded officers to use proper communication skills, listening actively, speaking clearly, and avoiding jargon or technical terms. He also stressed the need to respect people's rights and dignity, upholding the law while respecting individuals' rights, privacy, and dignity."

The Divisional Officer also encouraged officers to stay alert and aware, trusting instincts, and taking necessary precautions to ensure safety.

 He also emphasized the importance of being "mindful of social media and public image, ensuring online presence reflects positively, avoiding inappropriate content, and representing the organization professionally."
